While we are starting our last week in this challenge, you do not have to stop at the end of the week. If you found that the meatless options were helpful and changed how your body feels positively, keep it up! Perhaps this challenge has you considering only select meatless days of the week (like Meatless Mondays). Whatever you decide, be sure it is best for your well-being. At the end of week 3, if you transition back to including meat in your diet, do so gradually with good quality lean meats.
